How do I access TikCDN Streaming Acceleration?​

TikCDN access through SDK, fully compatible with universal player, no need to change the playback interface, no need to bullet-screen alignment, user classification and other development work, only a few lines of code can be quickly integrated online.

Does the P2P service stop affect the normal playback of videos?​

It does not affect normal playback, but does not have P2P acceleration effect.

Is TikCDN's P2P service secure?​

The WebRTC data channel technology adopted by TikCDN is based on SCTP protocol and DTLS encryption, so there is no need to worry about the security of data transmission. In addition, the communication with the backend server (signaling server) is based on secure HTTPS and WSS. In terms of privacy, TIKDN does not cache any information related to video content in the server, and the video address is also encrypted.

What are the requirements for connecting to P2P services?​

TikCDN does not provide P2P services for illegal content such as pornography, please ensure that your website /APP complies with legal norms. The website /App serving the country must be registered.

How to give feedback when encountering problems?​

If the Web side plug-in is abnormal, please open the log in the p2p configuration and screenshot the browser console error message to send to the customer service, or feedback in the QQ group. If the native SDK is abnormal, enable log in the p2p configuration, save the log file, and send it to customer service. You are advised to integrate Bugly in the APP to help collect crash logs and upload them to the cloud.

Does TikCDN's P2P technology affect DRM(Digital Rights Management)?​

No. P2P transfers are activated only after the user has obtained authorization from the publisher's server. Furthermore, the stream key is not transmitted over a P2P network. The ts files transferred in a P2P network are exactly the same as those downloaded by a user from a CDN. In addition, the content played will not be uploaded or cached on our servers.
